Jay Hornbuckle accepts Position as Vice President, Property Management with NAI Chase Commercial

Birmingham, AL – December 1, 2020 – NAI Chase Commercial, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, NAI Global, announced today that Mr. Jay Hornbuckle has accepted a position as Vice President, Property Management in the Birmingham office.  In this role he will be responsible for procuring, facilitating, and managing the office, industrial, and retail inventory within the Birmingham Metro Market including Tuscaloosa, Gadsden, Anniston, and Central Alabama.  Additionally, he will be responsible for evaluating the short and long-term strategic financial objectives for the property management division in the Birmingham office.

Prior to accepting the position as Vice President, Property Management Jay  began his career  on the financial/accounting side of the industry becoming proficient in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, lease administration and tenant communications for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties all over the country. After ten years of working on the financial/accounting side, Jay moved over to the operations/management side of the industry where he developed a passion for improving the value of properties through vendor management and strong communications with both tenants and ownership groups. Jay obtained the prestigious CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2019.
