Birmingham, AL – October 13, 2022 – NAI Chase Commercial Real Estate, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that it represented the Seller in the sale of a research and development facility located in Chelsea, Alabama to an Alabama investor.   Glenn Ponder and Randy Thomas represented the seller and Douglas McCullough represented the buyer.

The building is home to Danieli Taranis, an electrical engineering and automation/process controls facility serving the metals industry across North America.  The 11,304 Sq Ft facility sits on a 1.5-acre site.  The building is a steel frame structure originally constructed in 2008 and was renovated in 2012.
