NAI Chase Commercial Secures New Leases for Global and Nationally recognized companies Avanti Polar Lipids, LLC, and Pike Corporation in Hoover, Alabama

Hoover, AL – August 20, 2023 – NAI Chase Commercial, a leading member of the global network of
commercial real estate firms, has successfully negotiated significant leases for two prominent tenants, Avanti
Polar Lipids, LLC, and Pike Corporation. The deals involve over 26,000 square feet of office space at
Concourse 100 and Concourse 800 in Hoover, Alabama.

NAI Chase Commercial facilitated a 5-year lease for 10,643 square feet at Concourse 100 on behalf of Pike
Corporation. Randy Thomas, Executive Vice President-Brokerage of NAI Chase Commercial, represented the
landlord, In-Rel Properties, and the tenant was represented by Carter Burwell of JLL in this transaction.
Additionally, a 15,418 Square-foot lease at Concourse 800 for Avanti Polar Lipids, LLC was completed with
NAI Chase Commercial also representing the landlord and Tanner Sumners of Harbert Realty representing the
Tenant.
