Receivership Services

As your appointed Receiver, our primary objective is to operate and manage the property on behalf of the Trust and enforcing all rights under the Loan documents to include:

  • Take immediate control and possession of the property and all assets
  • Secure original records, leases and accounts to protect the asset/income stream
  • Conduct an accounting of the records from the owner both prior to the appointment as receiver and from that time forward, as well as establish new operations
  • Open new accounts, collect and receive all rents and income due
    Assume, enforce, employ or terminate contracts as needed for the management of the property
  • Complete inspection of the property; inform and meet tenants and vendors
  • Provide maintenance, accounting procedures and systems reports to the court
  • Market the property for sale or lease
