Grants Mill Station Shopping Center a 228,075 +/- SF Retail Center, located just off I-20 W from exit 133, at the intersection of Kilgore Memorial Dr. and Beacon Dr., and in the City of Irondale, adjacent to Mountain Brook and Birmingham, Alabama.

Anchor tenants include Southeastern Salvage and Irondale Pickers.  Approximately 23,870 cars per day on Crestwood Blvd.
