NAI Chase Commercial Birmingham Represented a $1,850,000 Sale of the former Rite Aid located at 2101 Pelham Parkway, Pelham, AL 35124 on behalf of the local Investors.

BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA – January 7, 2022 – NAI Chase Commercial, an office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today that it represented the sale of a former 11,000 square foot vacant Rite Aid property by local investors to a real estate developer headquartered in Alabama
