Tracy Hunter, CPM
CAREER SUMMARY
As Vice President of Property Management for NAI Chase Commercial, Tracy contributes over 17 years’ experience in property management for commercial, retail, industrial and medical properties. She oversees the full service, fee management of all the company’s inventory, consisting of approximately 1.4 Million square feet of Class A and B office properties, retail, medical and flex space.
Additionally, she is responsible for facilities management services for corporate and industrial clients, corporate headquarters buildings and owner occupied buildings.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
In all phases of property management including budgeting, general operations, lease administration, contracting, tenant relations, retention programs and construction supervision, Tracy excels at providing a quick response to all Landlord and Tenant requirements.
She is an experienced supervisor and manages both the inventory and the staff in an efficient manner. Tracy’s sound business practices, coupled with her influence with the vendor community provide our clients first class expertise in the operation and maintenance of their buildings.
Career highlights include seven years in residential property management and development (Smith Barney Real Estate Corporation, Abbitt Management, Piedmont Equity Corporation), three years as a customer service field representative for a national title company (Safeco Title), seven years as owner of a company servicing government and commercial customers for non-destructive testing equipment, four years as Executive Director for SAHMA (Southeastern Assisted Housing Management Association, a trade association for management firms servicing HUD housing). Tracy started at Chase Commercial in August of 2000.

Jay Hornbuckle, CPM

SCOPE OF SERVICE EXPERIENCE
As Vice President of Property Management for NAI Chase Commercial, Jay has over 20 years’ experience in property management for commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties. He is responsible for procuring, facilitating, and managing the office, industrial, and retail inventory within the Birmingham Metro Market including Tuscaloosa, Gadsden, Anniston, and Central Alabama.
Additionally, he is responsible for evaluating the short and long-term strategic financial objectives for the property management division in the Birmingham office.

Jay began his career on the financial/accounting side of the industry becoming proficient in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, lease administration and tenant communications for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties all over the country. After ten years of working on the financial/accounting side, Jay moved over to the operations/management side of the industry where he developed a passion for improving the value of properties through vendor management and strong communications with both tenants and ownership groups. Jay obtained the prestigious CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2019.
Jay is an experienced supervisor who builds trust and confidence among staff and vendors with a management foundation built on integrity and transparency. The positive relationships he has built increased the value at properties through higher efficiency and production levels from all involved in the management and operation of his client’s assets.
Career highlights include six years as Director of Property Management (Retail Specialists, LLC and Sloss Real Estate, LLC), ten years as a Financial Analyst/Property Manager (Bayer Properties, LLC), 4 years as a Senior Accountant (Trammell Crow Company, LLC). Jay started at Chase Commercial in November of 2020.

Beth Pippin
CAREER SUMMARY
Beth brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in the construction, management and leasing of office and industrial properties throughout Madison County and southern Tennessee.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Beth has had an in-depth career in the day to day operations of closely held real estate entities; land development, construction design, re-fits, project management, as well as the leasing and property management of 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial assets make up here commercial real estate background.

Beth has 10 years of service on the Madison County Personnel Board, for which she’s been elected Chairman for the past 4 years. She also serves on the Huntsville Community Council of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
She enjoys spending her time with her 3 children and their various activities and sports, is an avid equestrienne and enjoys gardening and hiking.
Keith Ponder

Keith brings over 19 years of real estate experience to the NAI Chase Commercial Birmingham Office, where he recently accepted a position in August 2020 as Property Manager. Prior to accepting his position, Keith was with Ponder Properties Commercial Real Estate in Birmingham, where his real estate career began in 2000. During the company’s very early stages of growth, he was responsible for lease drafting, marketing, and all other administrative duties.
In 2004 he helped Glenn Ponder jump-start the new Property Management division and handled multiple duties until the division grew to the point where additional help was required. With Keith’s vast knowledge and expertise, he was responsible for oversight of the Property Management division, and in addition, he created and synchronized all of Ponder Properties’ marketing and advertising.
Patti Rosenow

Patti currently assists the Vice President of property management with all phases of property management including budgeting, tenant relations, CAM reconciliations and assists with the management, and day to day maintenance of the Birmingham properties.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Two years experience as an account specialist for a small aggregate company. The following tasks were demonstrated:
Collections, processing credit applications and setting up new customers. Monthly ALDOT highway letting, where we would bid with construction companies to provide the aggregate for the projects.
Providing daily summary of all accounts and orders taken, as well as verify pricing in order to invoice customers.

Operations Manager for 7 years
Managed the day-to-day operations of a large Janitorial/Maintenance Company with duties including: Scheduling, Training, Inspections, Project Quoting and Management, etc.
Facilities Manager for 5 years
Working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Chris managed construction projects/tenant improvements, the maintenance department, and outside contractors/vendors. He also created preventative maintenance programs and preformed inspections. He worked with the Director of Property Management to keep up Tenant relationships, perform energy cost analysis, maintenance budgets, etc.
